Obituary for Betty Gloria Young (Maracle)
YOUNG, Betty Passed away peacefully at the Scarborough General Hospital on Wednesday, August 26th, 2015, at the age of 87. Loving daughter of the late Alfred and Matilda Maracle. Beloved wife of the late Stanley “Hank” Young (2000). Fondly remembered by her son Al Young. Devoted grandmother of Brandon and Nicholas Young. Survived by her sister Audrey. Predeceased by her siblings Mavis Sandford (Garfield), Gladys Gallager, Leonard, Garnet, and Alfred Maracle. A private graveside service was held at the Belleville Cemetery on Monday, August 31st, 2015 at 1:30p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
