Monica Ann  Quinlan (Urban)
Quinlan, Monica Ann (nee Urban) age 55 passed away Friday, December 26th, 2008 in Anchorage, Alaska. Monica had a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and a M.A. of Pastoral Studies from the Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, Missouri. Despite her severe affliction with M.C.S. Monica was a shining example of living in grace. She was kind beyond words to all those she encountered. The pursuit of truth and faith guided her life to the end. Monica Quinlan, daughter of John and Anna Urban of Brighton. Loving wife of Ken Quinlan of Anchorage, Alaska dear mother of Chris Quinlan and mother-in-law of Lesley Quinlan, both of Vancouver, B.C.. Sadly missed by her many aunts and uncles as well as other family and friends. The family will receive friends at Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, 40 Centre Street, Brighton on Saturday from 10 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be held in the church on Saturday, January 10th, 2009 at 11 o’clock. Cremation with interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, Brighton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, c/o P.O. Box 10, Wooler, Ontario, K0K 3M0, would be appreciated by the family.
