Obituary for Wilhelmina Elizabeth Zuidema (Stom)

ZUIDEMA, Wilhelmina Elizabeth (nee Stom) of Stirling and Belleville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at Westgate Lodge, Belleville, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Thijs Zuidema (November 19, 1977). Loving Moeder of Yvonne Machold and Janny Dickens (Jim). Dear Oma to Michael Machold (Mel), Eric Machold (Charity), Kristen Brown (Doug), and Sean Kloosterman. Oma and Beppe to 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings Dick (Elaine), Joop (Tiny), and Cory. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. As per Wilhelmina’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at the Stirling Cemetery. Pastor Michael Bootsma officiating. A Celebration of Life will be held at the STIRLING FUNERAL CHAPEL 87 James St., Stirling (613-395-2424) on Friday, October 14th, 2016 from 12noon till 2p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Quinte Humane Society would be appreciated.
