Obituary for William 'Gus' Augustus " " Lawlor

LAWLOR, Captain William A. (Gus) August 7, 1924 – January 14, 2017. Passed away peacefully at the Trenton Memorial Hospital, after a very brief illness. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Ann Lawlor, brothers and sisters Elizabeth Lawlor, Mary Goodland, Jack Lawlor, Reverend Father Eric Lawlor, Josephine Noonan, Anita Courish and Kevin Lawlor. Leaving to mourn many nieces, nephews, and many good friends. Gus served his country as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces in Korea, Europe, and Canada. A sincere thank you is extended to the Administrator and Staff at Crown Ridge Retirement Residence for their care and concern, and also the Doctors and Staff at Trenton Memorial Hospital. Also, a special thank you to friends Bev and Ted Kornblum, Mary Ellen Southwell, and relatives Gertrude Crandell, and Patrick and Erica Furlong. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Trenton, on Saturday, January 21st, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to the RUSHNELL FUNERAL CENTRE (613-392-2111) 60 Division Street, Trenton.
