LUCAS, Marjorie Sharon (nee Reid)-
it is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Marjorie, on Thursday April 6th, 2017 in her 70th year. Daughter of the late Russell & Verna Reid. Beloved wife of the late Doug Lucas. Proud step-mother to Judy Brant (Greg Thompson) of Madoc and Raymond Lucas (Darlene) of Marmora. Much loved grandmother to many grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Marjorie is survived by her sisters Ruth Stratton (late Geane), Lois Meeks (late Harold), Shirley McArthur (late Don) and her brothers Lorne Reid (Marian), Harold Reid (Joan) and Donald Reid (Helen). She is predeceased by her sister Eileen Martin (Harry) and brother Clare Reid. Visitation will be held at JOHN R BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588) on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Hastings Park Bible Chapel (Harder Dr. Belleville) on Thursday, April 13th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. (with visitation prior from 11:30-1 p.m.). Interment to follow, Belleville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Quinte Humane Society or charity of choice are appreciated by the family.
