It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Phyllis Gray on Sunday, May 7th, 2017 at the Belleville General Hospital in her 83rd year. Phyllis Gray (nee Berry) of Belleville was the daughter of the late Walter Berry and Violetta (nee Wood). Wife of the late John Douglas Gray. Cherished mother of Laurie Crockford of Belleville, Brian of Belleville and Randy (& Lynn) of Ottawa. Dear sister of Verna Donovan of Edmonton, Shirley Robitaille (Paul) of Bayside and sister-in-law Sandy Berry of Brantford and Betty Duby of Belleville. Predeceased by her sister Freda Nolan and brother Ronald Berry. Loving grandmother of Erica, Amber, Melanie, Darren & Edward. Much loved aunt to her many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Phyllis’ Life will be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2017 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Belleville Club, 210 Pinnacle St, Belleville. Cremation with interment in the family plot at Belleville Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations to Fixed Fur Life or the Quinte Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
