MOORE, Constance Louise “Connie” - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beautiful angel Connie Moore at home in the company of family on Friday, August 18th, 2017, in her 39th year. Daughter of Elizabeth Moore and the late Norman Moore. Beloved companion of Jeff Runciman. Beloved Sister to Ann Martin (Brian), David Moore (Kim), Joey Moore (Tracy), Jean Moore, and Jamie Moore (Heather). Connie will be ever remembered by Nieces, Nephews and Great Nephews Amanda, Audrey, Adrian, Megan, Mason, Makenzie, Madison, Mitchell, Ryan, and Jack. Step Mom to Geordie, and Claire. Connie was a proud member of the Stirling Lions Club and was a dedicated Executive Chef for many years. Friends may call at the BELLEVILLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 68 North Front Street., Belleville (613-968-5080) on Wednesday August 23rd, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel Thursday, August 24th, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Inurnment at Zion Hill Cemetery following the funeral service. Reception at Stirling Lions Club. If desired, donations to Diabetes Canada or the Stirling Lions Club would be greatly appreciated by the family.
