It is with great sadness we announce the passing of JoAnne, at the Picton Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, November 21st, 2017. JoAnne Valyear, of Belleville in her 63rd year. Daughter of the late Joseph & Doris Valyear. Much loved mother of Cyndi Valyear of Red Deer, Alberta. Loving grandmother to Danielle (Dean) of Australia, Brian of Red Deer, Alberta and great grandmother to Harvey. Dear sister of Kristine Valyear (Charlene) of Belleville and Michael Valyear (Elizabeth) also of Belleville. Beloved aunt to Michelle (Steve) and Barbara (Justin). Forever remembered by Tim.
