MARTIN, Isobel Mae (Nee: Reid) – After a brief struggle with cancer it is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Isobel Martin at Quinte Gardens Retirement Residence surrounded by family on February 1st, 2018 in her 85th Year. Daughter of the late Willard and Violet Reid. Predeceased by loving husband Ralph Martin. Loving mother to Grant (Katherine), Greg (Brenda), and Robert. Sister to Florence and predeceased by brothers Ray and Bruce. Isobel cherished her grandchildren Chris, Elizabeth, Zachary and Jordan. Great Grandmother to Dane. Isobel enjoyed teaching music, playing the organ at Stockdale and Frankford united church’s, playing golf and bridge with her friends, and enjoyed volunteer work throughout her life. In keeping with Isobel’s wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588) on February 4th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Luncheon to follow.
