Daughter of the Late Daniel and Agatha (Mackey) McCowell. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Jolicoeur, and the late George Wilson. Loved mother of Shaune (Paul) Hilton of Bragg Creek, Alberta, Patricia Singal of Toronto, and Leo Wilson of Glen Ross. Stepmother to Roger Jolicoeur, the late Robert Jolicoeur and the late Laura Lee Jolicoeur. Grandmother of Christopher, Alison, Sasha, Joshua, step-grandmother to Lisa and Robbie, and Amber. Great-grandmother of four. Sister of the late Catherine (the late Albert) Koshul, Noreen (Douglas) Lymburner, Moira (late Mel) Eisen, Michael (Sharon) McCowell and the Late Daniel (surviving Ann) McCowell. A Memorial Service will be held at the FRANKFORD FUNERAL CHAPEL on Thursday, March 1st, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
