Blouin, Paul – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Paul on Sunday, March 4th, 2018, in his 62nd year. Son of Sylvio Blouin and Marie-Laure Blouin. Survived by loving wife Helene Samuelson. Beloved father of Rebecca Virkutis (Rob) and Shaun - Paul Blouin. Survived by siblings Odette, Brigitte, Celine, Marc (predeceased by Rejeanne) and Denis (Lise). Predeceased by Monique, Pierre (survived by Claire), Jacques (survived by Louise) and Robert (Marielle) (survived by Guylaine). A loving grand father to Eloise and Caleb. Paul was a proud member of the Canadian Air Forces for many years. A funeral service will be held at the BELLEVILLE FUNERAL HOME & Chapel, 68 North Front St., Belleville (613-968-5080) on Saturday, March 10th, 2018 at 1:00 pm with visiting held one hour prior from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
