COREY, Edith Caroline (nee Pickard)
Passed away peacefully at Moira Place Long Term Care Home in Tweed on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 in her 93rd year. Daughter of the late John & Caroline Pickard. Loving wife of the late Donald Corey. Proud mother to Caroline Vance (late Gary) of Madoc and Reginald Corey (Marjory) of Tweed. Edith is also survived by her loving grandchildren Christina (Paul), Debbie (Rob), Marcia (Jason), Anthony (Sarah), her great grandchildren Joshua, Tyler, Samantha, Jake, Madeline, Austin, Kyle, Sean, Katie and great great grandchildren Nash and Easton. She is also survived by her brother Norman Pickard (late Ruth) of Parkhill, sisters-in-law Mary & Jackie Pickard, as well as her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Robert, David and Edward. Following cremation, a Graveside Service will be held at the Belleville Cemetery (Dundas St. W. Belleville) on Friday, April 13th , 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the BELLEVILLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL LTD 68 N. Front. St. Belleville (613-968-5080) at 12noon. The family would like to thank Dr. Moler and the Staff at Moira Place for their loving care and compassion given to Edith during her time there.
