Loving husband of Jadviga Bunkis. Dear father of Juris Bunkis (Tina) of California, Imants Bunkis, and Inara Jackson (Doug); both of Trenton. Proud grandfather of Justin (Christie), Jessica (Brendan), Janis, Arija, Dainis, Stefans (Natalie), Nikolas, Erika and great-grandchildren Kinley and Ilze. Brother of Mara, and predeceased siblings Vitolds, and Tedis.
