Rushnell Family Services

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dorothy Theresa Wood (English) can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Joanne Timmins Bates
Condolence: Darlene, John and families,
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy at this sad time.
My mother, Zita, and your mother, grand mother, great grand mother, were friends from the time they were children growing up in Summerside, PEI. They were friends for their whole lives.
Over the years I got to know little Dot for myself, first when I was just a child, and then as an adult. I have loved and appreciated her from the get go. She was an incredibly kind, generous, upbeat, affectionate person. She was one of a kind and I will never forget her.
with my love to all,
Joanne
