GREYDANUS, Sylvia at the Applefest Lodge, Brighton, on Monday, July 2, 2018, age 77 years. Sylvia Greydanus, daughter of the late Renze Kloostra and the late Janke (Meinsma). Beloved wife of the late Sako Greydanus. Loving mother of Edward and his wife Cheryl of Napanee, Steve and his wife Brenda of St. Pauls, Jane and her husband Paul Haaksman of Napanee, and Angela Sheridan of Kingston. Dear sister of Ellen Scheepstra of Barrie, Ruby Leistra of Chatham, Sieger Kloostra (Henny) of Codrington, Trudy Hoogsteen (Klaas) of Oshawa, Elizabeth Harnden (Don) of Brighton, Doris Vreugdenhil (Frank) of Frankford, and Jane Dibbits (Peter) of Brighton. Sister-in-law of Agatha Kloostra of Cobourg and Jasper Keizer (Margaret) of Wellington. Predeceased by her brothers, John Kloostra (Anne), Mike Kloostra, her sister Mary Keizer, and her brothers-in-law Bill Leistra and Klaas Scheepstra. Sadly missed by her ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the Fellowship Christian Reformed Church, 204 Main Street, Brighton on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11 o’clock. Reception to follow in the Church hall. Intement, Sillsville Cemetery, Napanee. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Bibles for Missions, the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
