Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Claude from his first day at P&G. He was always so positive and he was such a great influence on everyone around him. That hearty laugh and friendly smile are impossible to forget. I will never forget how he confided in me about a year or so after he joined that he was so amazed that we were willing to take the risk of hiring such an "old guy" like him. After a big laugh Morley Shaw and I did our best to make it clear to him just how valued he was and how we would have been crazy not to hire him. We knew that we could have used 100 more just like him! I'm sure he will be missed and I know that many people will have only positive memories of Claude. My sincerest condolences to the family.

Condolence From: Joe Csanyi
Condolence: Sorry to hear of Claude's passing and condolences to his family and friends. I worked with Claude in the Pantiliner business at P&G as a fairly "new" leader - it was a pleasure - he made it easy on me! Claude always gave an honest effort and had a smile or story (in that raspy voice) to brighten even the most difficult times. He had great camaraderie with everyone and respectful of all. RIP.
