Suddenly at the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday, August 26th, 2018, Nelly Belando Delisa of Belleville was in her 74th year. Daughter of the late Enrique Belando & Blanca Delisa Failache. Cherished mother of Gonzalo Belando of Ottawa and Mario Belando of Belleville. Loving grandmother of Lucia, Rocio and Thiana. Remembered by her sister Sara Belando of Uruguay and her nieces and nephews.
