Obituary for Eric Charles Barclay
BARCLAY, Eric Charles – passed away peacefully on September 20, 2018 at Kingston General Hospital surrounded by his family. Loving father to Ryan (Jessica), Brooke (Phil) and grandfather to Zachary, Charlotte and Olivia. Predeceased by parents Charles and Violet Barclay and sisters Leona and Betty. Brother to Marie and Beverley. Eric spent his career teaching in Ottawa, later retiring to Belleville. He was an avid sportsman, gardener and dog lover. Please join the family to celebrate a life well lived at Bay of Quinte Golf Course, Monday September 24 from 12-3 pm at 19 Restaurant, 1849 Old Highway 2, Belleville. Arrangements entrusted to JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588). If desired, donations to Quinte Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
