Obituary for Lois Muriel Harrison (Smith)

HARRISON, Lois Muriel – Entered into rest at the Belleville General Hospital on Friday, September 28th, 2018. Lois Harrison, of Trenton was 83. Daughter of the late Samuel and Edith Smith (nee Cooney). Pre-deceased by the love of her life Leroy “Sonny” Harrison. Loving mother to Cindy Cole (Marvin) of Trenton, Pam McDonald (Steve) of Trenton, Lorri Harrison (Melissa Graber) of Smiths Falls, Dan Harrison (Rhonda) of Frankford, Jeff Harrison (Nicole) of Trenton. She is survived by sisters Sandra Quinn (Dwayne McCormick) of Trenton, Anne Wannamaker (late Del) of Trenton, Sharon Schroder (Mike) of Edmonton and brother Jim Puddephat (Kit) of London. She is pre-deceased by sisters Una Lockwood (late Roy), Vivian Moxham (late Frank), Alta Rogers (late Lorne), brothers Cecile Smith (late Lois), Harold Smith (late Evelyn), Charles Smith (late Gladys) and by granddaughter Jodi McDonald. Lois will be missed by her grandchildren, Melissa, Jason, Bryan, T.J., Sam, Mykayla, Maria, Krista, David, Jake and great-grandchildren Hailey, Kara, Kheelan, Rownan, Harrison, Evan, Cole, Julia, Elliot and Jackson. Lois will be missed by her best friend and furry companion, Sadie. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the Nurses and Doctors at the Trenton Memorial Hospital and the Belleville General Hospital for all of their care and compassion, and her friends at 80 Catherine St. For their care. Visitation will be held at the RUSHNELL FUNERAL CENTRE, 60 Division St., Trenton (613-392-2111) on Monday, October 1st from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Trenton on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018 at 11:00a.m.. Fr. Timothy Harrison officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
