LIGGINS, Estelle passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, December 11th, 2018, in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the Late Percy Liggins (2007). Fondly remembered by her children Karen Palmer, Kerry Liggins, Michael Liggins, and Mark Liggins. Devoted grandma to Jordan Liggins, John Liggins, and Jacqueline Palmer and great-grandson Liam Liggins. Survived by her sister Helen Phillips. Predeceased by her brothers John and Nick Phillips. As per Estelle's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Inurnment to take place in the spring in Chatham. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the K.I.N.D.
