God Speed, Emily. It was an honour to have known you for 44 years. Though life had thrown you difficult circumstances, never once did I hear you complain in the face of adversity - you just got on with life. I loved our visits here, before you moved to Belleville. Remember the BLTs I'd make? So many fond memories. Lots of love to the family. xx oo
p.s. Dawnie, I really enjoyed our phone conversation the other day. :)

I met Emily 50 years ago. We met at McDougall and Pollard where we worked. We did not like each other for the first 3 months and then all of a sudden it was love. Emily was my daughters God Mother. Emily and I had great times together, always lots of laughter and fun. I tried to teach her to drive once... once. What a laugh that was. Rest in love. Your eternal friend.

Emily will be missed and thought of by everyone who loved her here at Wellington Arms. There will never be another Emmy. We all looked out for her and made sure she okay. We could go on for hours about Emmy and how we all loved her. My heart goes out to Linda , Shelley, and Brad plus all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. May you Rest In Peace and now Emmy you are one of God’s angels. Let your wings fly sweetie.♥️♥️

My dear sweet Emily....I will surley miss seeing you around our building! I just enjoyed our small talks when we would sit outside and enjoy the weather! Every time you would see me my dear would say "there she goes again" I would always giggle and tell you how many outings of the day i had gone out! Rest now dear Emily and from the bottom of my heart I truly will miss seeing you sweet dear! Until our paths cross again...I will hold your memory in my heart and soul! Now you are my true angel! Missing u already...Mary! Xox
