Peacefully entered into rest on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020 at her home, Barb Palmateer (nee Thrasher) of Foxboro died at the age of 81 surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Harold & Eva Thrasher (nee Bolton) and was the cherished wife of S. Elwood Palmateer for 59 years.
