PETTICREW, Doris Ann – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Doris Petticrew on Wednesday, April 1st, 2020, in her 100th year at the Hastings Manor Long Term Care Facility. Predeceased by parents Lorne and Queen MacDonald. Beloved wife to James Petticrew. Mother to Diane Gerow (Terry), and Shaun Petticrew (Pamela). Predeceased by siblings Margaret, Jean, Helen, and brother John. Grandmother to David Gerow (Sarah), Sarah James (Trevor), and Kyra Petticrew. Great grandmother to Emily James, Ben James, and James Thomas Gerow. Doris worked for the Federal Government of Canada in Ottawa as well as the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C. during World War II. Arrangements entrusted to JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588). A private family graveside service will be held at Belleville Cemetery. Reverend Terry Gerow officiating. Dear Shaun ... I don't know if you remember me ... Its Suzie Moon !! My Brother Gary Moon passed away in 2005 to Cancer !!
