Patricia (Pat) Christena Voycey (née MacRae), of Bayshore Road, Presqu’ile Park, passed away on December 31st, 2019 at the Kingston General Hospital. Born in Westville, Nova Scotia, on February 5th, 1951 she was the daughter of the late John Sinclair MacRae and Theresa MacRae (née Chabassol). Pat and Ralph moved to Presqu’ile in 2007 from Pickering where they resided for 35 years and raised their family.
Beloved wife of 51 years of Ralph Arthur Voycey and beloved mother of Derek Voycey (Karen), and Tara Selig (Chris). She was a devoted grandmother to Ben, Owen, Grace, and Lucas. She is mourned by her brothers John (Cheryl), Halifax, Mike (Lori), and Sinclair (Lisa), and by her brothers and sisters-in-law, the late Gail (late Bob), Lynne (Lorne), Bruce (Barb), Colleen (late Danny), Karen (Chris), Bob (Irma), and Brenda (late Pat), and by her many nieces and nephews, along with her large extended family and devoted circle of friends. The terrible loss of her passing is outweighed by the gift of her life and the deep and lasting positive difference she made in the lives of all the many people she touched.
The family will receive friends at the Brighton Funeral Home, 130 Main Street, Brighton on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral Mass will follow at Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, 40 Centre Street, Brighton at 2 o'clock. Cremation with interment at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation, or the Charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family. www.rushnellfamilyservices.com

I love the memories we made over the years when We lived in neighbouring apartment buildings, homes close by each other in Scarborough and later in Pickering and Still later waterfronts that although were a distance apart, we still found time For the sometimes planned other times impromptu Visits where we shared good old Fashioned fun and conversation over a cup of tea a Glass of wine Or A great meal. Although The sun has now set on our times together the memories will remain always. Until we meet again.
Love Lynne
