COLE, Ruth Lurene -

It is with great grief that we announce the passing of Ruth Lurene Cole, at Belleville General Hospital after a lengthy illness on January 9th, 2020 at the grand old age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Lee-Roy Scott Cole. Beloved daughter of the late Bessie and Sherman Brady of Stirling. Loving mother to Bill and Veronica Easton. Proud grandmother to Jason Easton (Renee), Patrick Easton (Tiffany), Whitney Lang (Justin) and Amy Easton. Adored great grandma of 8 great grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers Donald and Douglas Brady. Survived by sisters-in-law Geraldine Brady, Edith Orser, Carol Cole, Betsy Cole and Dawn Holden. She will be lovingly missed by her many nieces and nephews. A long time member of Sidney Westminster United Church, Funeral Services will be held at the church on Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held two hours prior from 11-1 p.m. Interment in the spring at Stirling Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588). If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
