Upton, Claire, Dell - Passed away at her home in Stirling on Sunday July 21st, 2013. Claire Upton, formerly of Kingston, in her 78th year. Daughter of the late Clarence and Gisella Pugh. Beloved wife of the late Dr Donald Howard Upton. Dear mother of Kim Upton (Norbert Irion) of Belleville, Scott Upton (Theresa) of Kingston, and Erika Tipping (Brian) of Stirling. Dear sister of Tom Pugh (Barbara) of Oregon, and Russell Pugh (Joanne) of Iowa. Loved by her grandchildren Jason Upton (Amanda), Kurt Upton, Ashley Upton, Karl Upton, Della Upton, C.J. Tipping, and Brianna Tipping. Wiill be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service , which will celebrate Clare's life at the Stirling Funeral Chapel, 87 James Street, Stirling (613-395-2424) on Friday July 26th, 2013 at 2:00p.m. with visitation being held two hours prior to the service (from 12noon to 2:00p.m.) Reverend Bruce Fraser officiating. Interment will be held at a later date at the Belleville Cemetery. Donations to the A.L.S. Society, or to Providence Care, would be appreciated.
