WHITEMAN, Mildred “Ruth” (nee Broadbridge) Passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Friday, May 15th, 2015, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Whiteman. Much loved mother of Paul (Sandy), of Kingston, and Joanne (Jack) Scott of Corbyville. Will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Rhonda (Tom) Roach, Shelley Bell, Carie (Trevor) Collett, Doug (Ayron) Scott, and great-grandchildren Michael and Ryan Roach, Jacklyn and Taylor Bell, Jacob and Olivia Scott, and Rhys Collett. Predeceased by brothers Jim, Ken, Clifton, and Clare, and sister Sheila. The family will receive friends at the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588) on Tuesday, May 19th, 2015 from 12noon – 2p.m. with a service to follow in the chapel at 2p.m. Interment Victoria Cemetery, Plainfield. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation or Eastminster United Church would be appreciated.
