Obituary for Harold Allan Brett

BRETT, Harold Allan – (Former owner, Brett’s Garage Inc., of Madoc), Passed away peacefully at the Hastings Manor L.T.C.F. on Saturday, May 16th, 2015 at the age of 88. Son of the late Walter and Eva Brett (Goodsell). Beloved husband of the late Jean Brett (nee Love). Loving father to Carol Hinze and her husband Rod of Belleville. Pre-deceased by his sister Margaret Dewart (late Eric), and brothers Walter Brett (late Janet), Gordon Brett (Hilda), and Grant Brett (Mariel). Dear grandfather to Jeremy and Brad Hinze, and great-great grandfather to Declan and Ava. In keeping with Harold’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place at Hazzard’s Cemetery, Madoc at a later date. The family would like to thank all of the staff members at Hastings Manor for the amazing care that dad received, especially to the girls on the 4th floor, Maple Villa. Arrangements entrusted to the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588).
