Condolence: Thousands of students have passed through my classes during my teaching career, most I have forgotten, but there are a few that I’ll never forget – and Patc is one of them. She was always there, always had a story to share. Quick to laugh, quick to stand up for other and to right a wrong.

Isaac and Bella, your Mom is someone special, for sure. She always talked about you in class – she is so proud of you both!

Condolence: Way too young... you amazed me with your strength, and positive outlook. Never once, around me anyway, did you show signs of giving up the fight. I will always remember how much you loved your kids, and how quickly a smile came to your face. Especially when sitting around the campfire. You will be missed, my friend.

The words inspiring, strong, courageous, loving, dedicated and warmth instantly come to mind when I think of Patc. What an incredible daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend (among others)! It’s been an honour and privilege to know her. She has deeply touched the lives of so many throughout her courageous journey here.
