AYRES, ELLA – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ella at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016 at the age of 64. Daughter of the late Alphonse and Madeline Cormier. Beloved wife of Rick Ayres. Loving mother to Jason Ayres, at home. She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Jeannette Roy (George) of Kitchener, Stella Gauvin (late Donald), Lorraine Breau (Rheal), Bernice Gaudet (Rheal), Cecile Drisdelle (Jerry), Diane Gautreau (Victor) and brothers Roger Cormier (Marie Vienneau), Aurele Cormier (Judy) and Andre Cormier (Ruth Kristensen) all of New Brunswick. Pre-deceased by brother Herve Cormier, sister-in-law’s Bernadette Cormier and Jeannine Cormier. Survived by mother-in-law Joan Ayres and husband George Pitman of Nova Scotia, brothers-in-law Harry Ayres (Theresa) of Stirling, and Michael Ayres (Jean) of Belleville. She will be missed by several nieces and nephews. In keeping with Ella’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at the 413 Wing, Trenton on Monday, November 28th, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. Arrangements in the care of the Rushnell Funeral Centre, 60 Division St., Trenton (613-392-2111).
