My Dad was a very smart and talented man.

He was a musician, an artist, a builder, a plumber,

an electrician, a mechanic and a writer.

He would give the shirt off his back in the middle

of a snow storm for any one of us and to anyone

in desperate need.

He was one of the hardest working men I have

ever known.  His physical strength and strength

of will was incredible to witness.

He loved his time in the military and missed 

his friendships there very much.

Hiis laughter would fill the room.

He was an impatient man, an angry man and

a determined man.  His dreams were often 

in conflict with circumstance.  But as a Father

he made sure that we never went without food,

shelter, clothing or school.

I miss and love the good of my Dad with all my heart.

There should have been more, there could have 

been more if events throughout his life 

were kinder!
