Dear June, Janie, Jerrilynn, Jill and families; We are saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. He was such a wonderful friend to the Brown family, and years after Helen and Reg’s deaths, June & Jim have stayed in touch with the Brown orphans. Whether dropping in after a visit to Stockdale or on the fall apple trip, or seeing Jim at the Duke Dome, we were always greeted as if we had just seen him the day before. He made us feel that he was truly glad to see us – and most certainly, the feeling was mutual. We have so many wonderful memories of the Beaver Lake and McAllen,Texas eras which will remain with us forever.Thinking warmly of you in the days ahead.
