RUCCHETTO, FRANK CARMINE
It is with great sadness that the family of Frank C. Rucchetto, announces his passing after a lengthy illness at Peterborough hospital, on Thursday October 26th, 2017, at the age of 66 years. Frank will be lovingly remembered for his jovial spirit and love of his family by his wife and best friend, of 26 years, Judith and his children, Kayla and Antonio.
Born in San Fili, Italy, Frank emigrated with his family to Canada in the early 1950’s. He attended Central Tech high school and became a printer by trade. He worked for many years at the Toronto Star Newspapers until retirement and a move to the country, Madoc Ontario, in 2012. Frank had a great love for music. He was a self taught guitar player, dabbled in the arts and had enjoyed travelling in his earlier years. Frank will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his brother Gabriele and wife Jane. He was loving uncle to Loredana (Emilio), Maria, Leah (Mark), Emma, and Anne. And great-uncle to Sophia, Estefan, Luca and Anthony.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Rosina Rucchetto, and his sister Josie DeSantis.
Visitation will be held, Monday October 30th at the John R Bush Funeral home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville Ontario, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. The funeral service will followed at 2:00 p.m.
