Obituary for Joseph "Lionel" Laurnie Lionel Cormier

CORMIER, Lionel L. at the Trenton Memorial Hospital on Thursday, March 22, 2018, age 86 years. Lionel Cormier of Belleville, son of the late Ade’lard Cormier and the late Laura (LeBlanc). Beloved husband of the late Carolyn Verna (Fraser). Loving step-father of Stephen Carr (Mary) of Carrying Place, Lorie (Philip) Hovinga of Oshawa and Andrew Carr (Sandra Crawford) of Trenton. Dear brother of Viola, Arnestine, Euclid, Gloria, Rita, Annette, Jean-Guy and the late Ronald, Laura, Clarence, Jeff, Paul, Benny, Vincent and Louis.
Sadly missed by his seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and his many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Crown Ridge Retirement and Long Term Care. The family will receive friends at St. Mark’s United Church, 237 Cannifton Road North, Belleville, on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 10 o’clock. Service to follow in the Church at 11 o’clock. Cremation with interment Victoria Cemetery, Thurlow. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society, would be appreciated by the family.
