Condolence: It is so sad to see the last of the Murphy's. My mom, Jovita Aggie's sister, was a Murphy along with her other sisters, Patricia and Rosie. I have many fond memories of backyard suppers with the sisters and once was visited by Aggie out in Calgary, where she stayed with my family for a few days. We took her to see the Rockies which she really missed when she moved to Ontario and to a NHL hockey game. Unfortunately, we did not see her much in the last years but am still sad to see she has passed. Cathy

Condolence: Agnes was a cherished friend of the Delmotte family for more than 50 years! Our paths first crossed in Moose Jaw , Sask. while we were there with the Military (RCAF) and she was there employed at the Providence Hospital running the Maternity Ward. Agnes' beautiful, smiling face was the first one seen by the many hundreds of military babies born in the Providence! While there, she designed and over- saw the building of a new Maternity wing. As she said herself, she did everything but lay the bricks! Agnes ran the very professional and comfortable wing for many years. All of us who were lucky enough to be patients there called it the Providence Hilton.:-) She was given several beautiful bone china tea cups as thank-yous from her many happy patients. These lovely cups always appeared on our meticulously-set meal trays along with silver cutlery and linen napkins! A more sumptuous era! :-)

In later years, Agnes held many positions in the medical and medical administration fields. Agnes was a most accomplished person, but very quietly so! She was an inquisitive and adventurous traveller, visiting North America from coast to coast. Then on to Europe and the Middle East. She was great fun and so loving. We are so thankful and happy to have shared a friendship with her!

Condolence: Agnes became a good friend while a resident of Providence Manner, Kingston where I volunteered. She totally enhanced the patient services there and again at Hasting Manor. Agnes was so alive, clear minded, opinionated, abrupt, but loving, fun and devoted. She gave her life to patient service as a nurse and then administrator in many hospitals across Canada. There are thousands of people that benefitted from Agnes's insistence on excellent care. We will miss her dearly. My last conversation asked that she transfer next to the US to fix Medicare! Thank you, Agnes, for all your spirit and service. Rest in Peace.
