McMain, James Rodney “Al” – (27 years of service in Armed Forces) Passed away peacefully at the Hastings Manor, Long Term Care Facility on Friday, September 14th, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Thelma McMain (nee Gurnsey). Dear father of Mark of Alberta, Debbie of B.C., Kim, Dawn and Blaine of Alberta, and step-father to Karen, and Joseph of Belleville, Sandra of Australia, Katherine of Trenton and the late Wanda. Pre-deceased by his brother Robert and sister Mildred. He will be lovingly remembered by many grandchildren. In keeping with Al’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588). If desired, donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
