KIERS, Edna Sherley at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Sunday, November 18, 2018, age 78 years. Edna Kiers of Brighton, daughter of the late Angus Green and the late Muriel (Eheler). Loving wife of Wally Kiers. Dear mother of Cathy Gray (Dale) of Cavan, Debbie Mackey (Mike) of Hampton, and Linda Lyle (Rod Shurman) of Grande Cache, Alberta. Sister of Elsie Valentino of Oshawa. Predeceased by seven brothers and three sisters. Sadly missed by her nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Edna’s Life will be held at the Percy Masonic Lodge #161, 13944 County Road 29, Warkworth, on Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Palliative Care Unit of the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, would be appreciated by the family.
